Each role below plays a distinct part in our operations and is compensated according to responsibility, scope, and performance. The following represent current openings with our agency.
New Client Acquisitions Manager (NCAM) - Football Division
Role Summary:
The New Client Acquisition Manager (NCAM) is responsible for identifying and referring qualified football athletes to Black Diamond’s services. This role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, and initial education about available pathways and services. NCAMs do not negotiate contracts, provide representation, or manage active clients.
Compensation Structure:

Commission-based, independent contractor role

$100 one-time commission per successfully onboarded client

Commission is paid once the client agreement is executed and the onboarding fee has cleared

No recurring commissions and no earnings cap
Onboarding Specialist
Role Summary
The Onboarding Specialist manages the intake process for new clients, ensuring all required documentation, systems setup, and orientation steps are completed accurately. This role provides a smooth transition from signed agreement to active client status and supports internal coordination during onboarding.

Athlete Manager
Role Summary
The Athlete Representation Manager works directly with active athlete clients on an ongoing basis, providing weekly management, public relations support, and professional development coordination. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned athletes and ensures services are delivered consistently and professionally.

Director of Football Operations
Role Summary
The Director of Football Operations oversees Black Diamond’s football division, with a primary focus on overseas and alternative professional football pathways. This role consults with prospective clients, conducts evaluations, closes client agreements, and oversees the management of active football clients. The Director also provides strategic oversight of football operations and client placement efforts.
