The Black Diamond Certified Athlete Manager & Football Representation Specialist (BDCAM) is an 18-month professional certification program designed to prepare aspiring athlete managers, football representatives, and sports business professionals for successful careers in athlete representation.

 

Developed by Dr. Brandy Runyan, CEO of Black Diamond Sports & Entertainment Group and a veteran football agent with nearly 20 years of industry experience, the program combines real-world expertise with practical, self-paced online learning. Students will learn athlete recruiting and evaluation, branding, public relations, NIL and endorsements, contract fundamentals, negotiation strategies, crisis management, event planning, and agency operations.

 

Through quizzes, assignments, capstone projects, and a comprehensive certification exam, graduates gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to professionally represent athletes or build their own athlete management business.
